Refined Problem Statement:
Make facility for students to organize their things on their own in the study table and use it for multipurpose 

List of Primary Needs:
The table stores small things that students use
The table can be used for multipurpose
The table is easy to maintain
The table stores many items like books, study materials etc.
The table makes studying easy and interesting

Final Concept With Refinements

I chose concept "I" as my final concept with few refinements. Some of the refinements made are:
Fan attached to the table
Light attached to the table
Power connection given in the table
Additional storage space below the sliding pad
This is cost effective

And it addresses the primary needs like 
Storing small things. 
Has power connection and could be used for multipurpose needs like using laptop, can be used for hanging small items in hooks, good lighting, fan etc.
Lockable wheels makes it easy to move, lock and clean underneath
Has good storage space
Colorful table make it interesting

Concept Testing

I used the Forced Choice concept testing method. Displayed the concepts "H", "I" and "J" to the users and asked them to select their choice. Also informed them to give their feedback on the choices. There were few specifications listed by the users. Based on the specifications mentioned by the users, have made few refinements to my final concept
